We loved this beautiful Chamonix wedding, with ceremony and reception at altitude in postcard-perfect scenery! This I do at altitude in Brevent was perfect for this international couple.

Katie arrived in the cable car and walked down the aisle on her dad’s arm to a violin duo, making everyone dab their eyes. The ceremony was followed by canapés and champagne at an altitude of 2525m! Glaciers and granite spires all around!

Guests then went down the cable car and up the other side of the mountain on a rack rail train, for dinner and dancing at the authentic Historical Guide Hotel situated 1913m above the valley floor. This beautiful venue has a beautiful terrace with views of all of the Alps. The fresh air and cool breeze were perfect for this summers day. Not only a magnificent wedding but a unique experience engraved in everyone’s hearts and minds!
