Megeve Meadow Wedding
Megeve, France
Laura & David
This summer Megeve meadow wedding was nothing short of perfect, this bride’s flowy dress matched her laid back and at ease demeanor and the candy bar from their favorite countries matched the couple’s sweet traveling loving souls. This Finish bride and American groom shared their first looks with the mountain skyline in the background, spending those last moments before they were officially Mr. & Mrs. in pure bliss!
Friends and family from all over the world joined in this beautiful day soaking in the Alpine sun as they shared some of the cutest vows under a simple white rose arch laced with greenery. The groom’s mom was the officiant making it that much more special.
The reception was classic black and white, a truly timeless look! The groom surprised the bride and all her family by learning a speech in Finish, although we didn’t know exactly what was said we do know everyone was choked up in tears. This surprise has been one of our favorites yet because it really came from the heart! Congrats Laura & David. We can’t wait to watch where to world takes you!
A huge THANK YOU to Estelle for helping us organize the wedding of our dreams. We reached out to Haute Wedding with a vague idea of a wedding somewhere in the mountains, and Estelle took it from there. She found us the absolutely perfect venue in Megève, organised all the suppliers for us, and kept in touch throughout the months to make sure we were always on track. Most importantly, however, she was always a complete joy to work with. We always felt like she ‘got’ our vision and was able to build on it. We weren’t sure at first if we needed a planner, but based on our experience with Estelle and Haute Wedding I would recommend it to anyone: she was able to really take the stress off of us (especially during those last weeks!), making the process infinitely more enjoyable. The day itself was perfect: Estelle was on hand to make sure all went according to plan, to oversee the suppliers and fine tune all decorations, and we were able to just sit back and watch in awe as our dream became reality. Thanks, Estelle, for all your hard work during this past year.
