This charming manor is located in the peaceful beautiful Dordogne countryside away from all the crowds and the rush of the world. A picturesque corner of the world with a stunning meandering river, rolling hills, chateaux on every river bend, vineyards, and some of the world’s most beautiful villages!
The property is incredibly spacious. Flatland all around with very few neighbors, it is the perfect location to celebrate with close family and friends over several days. Swimming, volleyball, soccer, barbecues, petanque, or just reading a book in the sunshine… it is a slice of heaven on earth!
There is both a manor house and a villa on the land. Built-in the local architectural style with golden limestone rock and grey-tiled roofs the homes are cozy and inviting. There are huge gardens, large pool, and many nooks and crannies to relax.
A large professional kitchen is more than adequate for the catering teams to come and prepare a pre-wedding barbecue, the wedding dinner, or post-wedding brunch – or all of the above! The terraces and grassy areas give ample choice of where to have the ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner.
There are so many stunning medieval villages to visit such as Sarlat, La Roque-Gageac, Domme, and Beynac. There are 1001 castles dotting the countryside, pre-historic caves, markets, and numerous outdoor activities such as cycling, canoeing, hot-air balloons. Visiting here for a week is not enough! We wouldn’t be surprised if you used this magical hideaway as a getaway to celebrate your wedding anniversary year after year.
