There are a few vendors that we have been working with since the start of Haute Wedding. The Capella String Quartet is one of those original vendors. We are always so overjoyed when a couple wants to book them too! 

Firstly, their talent is unmatched. They can play a wide variety of music from classics to remakes of your favorite new tunes. They perform them effortlessly and make it look so easy!

They time the music to match the ceremony flawlessly. They organize the songs to create a story like atmosphere for your cocktail hour. Having them around just adds a bit of magic to any occasion. Take a listen! 

This incredible team has also performed with Brian Wilson from the Beach Boys, the late Joe Strummer, Madonna, Kanye West, The Royal Scots Dragoon Guards, and Rod Stewart.  They have also arranged string parts for, and recorded on, over 200 studio albums including the Mercury Music Prize nominated ‘The Great Eastern’ by The Delgados. 

Each member of the team is a highly accomplished musician in their own right and perform individually with some of the top orchestras in Scotland and England, including the BBC Scottish Symphony Orchestra, SCO, the BBC concert orchestra and the RSNO.

What we love most about working with this talented team is their positive attitudes, no matter what! Rain or shine! They are always smiling and being such a light to everyone that surrounds them. 

They are always on time, if not early. They are always well dressed and professional. They listen to the client’s needs and are adaptable to learn new things. We are always looking forward to the next big event with them!
