Hilltop Village Elopement

Provence, France

Shea & Dave

These two adorable lovebirds are from San Fransisco, California. They planned to be married in Georgia in just a few weeks but decided they wanted a Provence hilltop village elopement in the Fall to exchange vows and rings in utmost intimacy.

Their love for France and especially for the South of France brought them to Provence for a 5 day holiday before their religious wedding. They planned an elopement to bless their rings in a sweet chapel on the hillside, just them two.

It was important to the couple to do something deep and meaningful to bless their marriage. Before having their wedding with family and friends back in the deep south in the US, they quickly escaped to a region of the world that was unique and true to them.  This simple village was quiet and full of history, the perfect setting!

Shea & Dave spent 4 days in Provence among olive groves, along historic village streets, and in a gorgeous little chapel where they focused on each other. This Provence hilltop village elopement was so perfect.

Every day was filled with activities to soak in the French culture. They ate at the best French restaurants, drank local French wine, then walked hand and hand through the countryside. They ended the weekend with a fun photo shoot at the Chapelle Saint Sixte and a stroll along the cobblestone streets of St Rémy de Provence and they celebrated their union at the beautiful Olive Grove Mas.

The couple felt closer than ever before heading back to the states to celebrate with loved ones. What a perfect balance!!

And thank you Sylvain Bouzat for your amazing talent!
